Any recommendations for a good Muesli base that can be bought on line (or in the Carmarthenshire area). Not fussed if it's organic but good quality ingredients (i.e. not too much floury filler) and preferably with pumpkin and/or sunflower seeds? No dried fruit!

Used to buy Waitrose's own (whenever we were passing an area that had one); however, we now refuse to shop there following their support of Israel in their magazine supplement.

Thanks in advance.

I buy all the ingredients separately and then mix as I go so I only have what I fancy that day.
