New Book
'bout mesolithic life - I guess like those Jean M Aul (or whatever she's called) books? Not read them so I don't know. But, I thought some DS'ers might've and wondered if they'd looked at this.
Anybody read it? |

I have read Jean Auel's books.
I think Margaret Elphinstone must have as well, judging from the resume.
This could still be fun to read |

I enjoy the Auel books but can only read them once or twice a decade as she's even more descriptive than Tolkein Good stuff though, shame science and research have discredited some of her theories.
Never heard of Elphinstone but it sounds like my cup of tea. |

This reminds me - Sally, what was the book you and Gareth recommended on anthropomorphic effects on the ecology of Britain? |
