I looked on the website and could not find any information about exactly how much it would cost. That makes me a little bit suspicious that it's going to be expensive.

https://www.fleetdrive-electric.com/My-Electric-Avenue.html are handling that. Their normal rate is £200+VAT pm and this scheme will be subsidised from that, no figure announced. You've got to take into account that there are very low fuel costs, no road tax and no congestion charge in London.
