Somehow I doubt it - but on the bright side it'll give you one more reason to be strong-minded about the fate of your pigs

Really? That rings a distant bell actually. Thought the main problem was skins, I'll track down that old thread about veggie sausages, might be useful to Simon (although I'm not sure we reached many conclusions and we certainly haven't got anywhere with experimenting )

I thought Alison was doing the sausage article? I could have done one last night, as i made a batch of Tolouse-ish for cassoulet.

As far as I know there are no veggie casings available, as even collagen are from pork.

the pasta pics were taken by my friend, the Happy Hippy, and feature me making the pasta and his slip of a girlfriend looking on.

I thought it ended up being a joint thing between the two of you, her doing some and you doing others? Anyway it's sorely needed so could you speak to Alison??

Well please .... somebody do sausages soon as we have just gotten our first pig and I will need to get some practice in afore hiver (winter)
