Red or white ? Dry / less dry ?
Something you wouldn't make yourself ?

The Nettle has turned out well, but it's always my favourite (and depends whether you like nettles or not)

We'd like a few bottles too, really loved the whitebeam and the nettle last time, mind, they were all good. A mixed case of whites for us, we drink so much red its lovely to have a change

Oh crumbs, a choice! And I can only afford one!

Lets say white, less dry. I'll trust you to choose!

No bees (yet).
Never tried making mead, for all I've made wine for years.

the Rowan's lovely. Quite complex and full bodied for a white. I'd go so far to suggest its a robust and spicy white!

Gil's wine is excellent! I've had two rather large glasses of the Bramble, and it's superb. If the other five bottles of anything like, it was money well spent indeed. Recommended.

Tim says that judging by our experience the other 5 bottles won't last long and you're best getting the next order in now.

Being typed whilst enjoying a glass of Gil's Rowan - equally fine wine!

So far sampled the Sloe and the Rhubarb & GInger (I think that was yours, Gil?).

Both were delicious, and if you've never tried it, go and buy some, you won't regret it!

In fact, I think a bottle of Rowan might have to be opened tonight.
