After lurking for ages I thought it was about time I came out of the corner and said hello and thank you to a few people.
Like a lot of browsers I suspect, I've been captivated and inspired by posts and articles on here to try new things.
Some of the more memorable ones have been the homemade chocolates from Cab's article that I made for last Christmas and the birch sap wine made earlier this year from Cab's/Gil's recipes. Both superb so 'thank you'.
By way of a swap I've developed a recipe/process for Elderflower cava or beer that I will post up in due course.
I'm interested in a lot of things including in no particular order, foraging, allotments, cooking, motorbikes as well as brewing so I may be able to help from time to time. |
