Can these be mistaken for anything nasty? I found some today and they look just like the ones in the Phillips book, however in the description he describes the gills as grey whereas these are sort of mushroomy grey-brown (as they are in the book photo). Everything else fits.
Can't post a pic I'm afraid as camera is kaput  |

Do you mean Cantharellula cyathiformis? Roger lists this as inedible.  |

It's listed as edible in my Phillips book, (the recent one) and is now listed as Pseudoclitocybe cyathiformis. |

Cantharellula cyatiformis last time I looked. Can't immediately think of anything you could easily mistake for it. |

Nope. Still confused. I am looking at p95 of the 2006 version of Phillips, picture top right. The Goblet, Pseudoclitocybe cyathiformis. It doesn't matter, they've gone manky now anyway.
