We pay a tenner a month and when it's built up a bit, Rob posts me a box of stuff. It's working really well for us. |

Ah, that was my fault, though. He doesn't offer a 'psychic pre-ordering service' and I forgot to check how much we had left.
I'd be prepared to pay extra for that, if he did. |

Direct them to the website and fill in the form at the bottom of the page, selecting the pre-paid payment method button, and get in touch that way (same goes for ordering if you have pre-paid). |
