Never did film the demolition, Richard just pushed it over with his fork lift

In our old house (about 1/2 the size of the new one) we'd have spent at least £2500 on oil plus calor gas for cooking. In the new house we've spent less than a grand on calor gas since September 2012 (when the heating was fired up), this includes heating and cooking (including a few big parties and several hundred jars of jam). Chuffed so far
