I think Sean will take orders, and cheques need to be made payable to downsizer LTD.

I will bring some along, you had me going a minute there, until very recently a lot of bags were in my car boot Fortuitously it seems I did remove them.

I have found a nice pattern for a string bag I would like to try but it looks a bit complicated; a lot of string bags seem to involve netting, which I would like to have a go at some time but it probably a bit ambitious!

Netting isn't hard once you master the knot (which is pretty simple too), if you ever decide to have a go Gareth makes netting needles for the re-enactors. (Oh gods, I think I've just added another article to my to do list havent i?)

My old (deceased) grandma was a Fisherman's wife, she made my dad a net for his runner beans using the methods and materials used to make drift nets. Wish i knew how it was done. (Ginormous hint)

Back to the thread - it ain't Tesco that's the problem, its the little local stores, unbelievably helpful, one bag per three items purchased before you can open your mouth. Deal me in for a couple!

Yeah, but you're in Southport; the locals tend to get, shall we say, 'militant' if they don't get prompt service and doffed caps.
