Does it need to be exact?
Close enough is good enough is what I say.

One can spend months discussing things, or a few days trying them. Not sure how much firewood hipsters in Stokey need, but bet they'd like organic, home grown, extra virgin charcoal. Or wood chips for smoking.

It was more the amount you had to pay on all sales that bothered me. It would be cheaper than farmers markets, but they do generate other work such as firewood loads.

Our organic, home grown, extra virgin charcoal goes well at local outlets, but less well at markets and shows as people don't want to carry them back to the car or don't plan ahead I suppose. Something like that would be good for charcoal certainly, and possibly also log sacks.

16.7% is a massive cut to take, and then I'd have to add on more for time and fuel, it could easily add another 25+% onto the price.

If all the selling has been done in advance, then a few traders could get together to share transport...

And you wouldn't have the PayPal fees. It's swings and roundabouts.
