O2 is working for texts for me today so the phone is iffy. O2 are a shower of idiots, I am still with them because everyone else in the family is and it works out cheaper. NO other reason.

Have you tried your sim in another phone? If you haven't already, go to www.o2.co.uk and sign up for a free account. Then drop an email off to support. I've been with them for years and they always reply to my questions. I find CS to be fine. |
