14 sacks of apples

I have 14 large sacks of apples. I can't trade them with neighbours as they all have loads already. I think about one third is good enough to put into store, leaving me with about 9 sacks of apples to cut up and process. So far I am making apple chutney, apple and green tomato chutney, a brown fruit sauce for breakfast, apple compote, spiced apple butter, and apple jelly.

What you would do with the remaining 7 sacks? I have no livestock to eat them.

Cider; apple wine, Apple juice.

Other kinds of jelly from low-pectin fruit that apple inclusion would help set.
Spiced or herby apple jelly.
Dried apple rings
Freeze stewed apple for use as apple sauce.

Best way of turning it into juice? I haven't got the apple press / scruncher yet, Sad

Spend an hour building a press. That's all it'll take.

The press I can figure out, it is how to get the apples well mashed up before you put them into the press that has me stumped. Right now I am whizzing them in the food processor, then boiling them with some water, then running them through a jelly bag....

Electric drill, with a cutty thing, in a bucket.
Mash with a log, in a bucket.
Food processor, if you're happy to wear it out.
Garden shredder, petrol (this is the best way).
