Thanks Trec,it was a difficult one to get a link with for some reason, for me anyway, lol.

That is a cracking holding for anyone with the money, all good clean land,in-fact it has all been cut for Hay/Silage this week, one field baled for silage last night when i passed,

It came on the market sometime late last year if i remember correctly, several of us local`s cannot see why it has`nt been sold long ago, supposed to be an offer in again, several have been, but all fallen through, strange as its a lovely place, the only thing against it is there is a footpath going right through the property, but rarely used.

For the money and the acreage its a cheap property compared to many on the market, with obvious problems.

How many sheep could that support Ty Gwyn.?
To be honest the footpath would put me off. Strangers with dogs being my major worry.
Looks lovely otherwise.

The heat must have cooked my head,i should have read Trec`s link better, its neither of those,

Its with Evans Bros, the link wont work with me on copy and paste,
But its called Dolbont,22 acres ,330,000,

Madcat, the land was rented by a neighbour of mine for 20yrs or so,keeping sheep, one don`t get dog walkers around here,to many gun`s,lol.
