a quick hellojust thought its about time i said hello.
i have been brought up on a farm from birth spent the first few years of marriage in a village and 10 years ago moved back to the countryside kept chickens for years. my parents have a herd of dairy goats they use for the milk and showing all over the country, fattening beef cattle and lost count of the chickens. well they used to keep a pig unit to supply the local butcher but closed it down a number of years ago so i pursuaded them to let me use their knowledge and keep rare breed pigs on some spare space they had in exchange of looking after their livestock whilst they are showing a win win all around its took me to get to my 40's to decide my childhood livestyle is me better later than never. i now have no time but love life. well thats me done a morning gleanning 3 onion fields is calling.

Hello  . The thought of gleaning onions under a big sky sounds like good work on a day like this - nicer than picking spuds on a cold wet day anyway!
