A simple LoafI was making a couple of simple white handmade loafs this evening (I usually do this at least twice a week) and on a whim decided to photograph each stage. Would anyone be interested if I where to turn it into a short article?
Its about the most basic recipe you could imagine but tastes very good and doesn't involve any equipment other than an oven and either a couple of tins, or in my case proving baskets.
