A soap questionI have been using the recipe from a thread on here for quite a few years now it uses coconut oil and produces a nice soap (usually). I cannot get coconut oil around here anymore unless I buy jars of organic which cost a fortune. Suma I think used to supply it to my local shop.
Castile soap described in the article doesn't use that does it. What is the difference in the finished soap?

I get mine from the ethnic shops in my town, and when I visit Birmingham...... much cheaper than anywhere else....
you need to stock up next time you are passing

Yep, its Al Amin on Mill Road (fantastic Asian foods) for my coconut oil. Dirt cheap when you buy food grade.

Cathryn: I've got a surplus of coconut oil. Don't use it anymore as I have all the pig fat I could use.
Do you want it? Can you wait until the fibre weekend or am I seeing you before then?
