Above and beyond .... excellent service receivedI always think it's worth a 'free' plug for a company who's gone out of their way to try and source a product/provide a good service.

Brian, at Robinsons has gone way out of his way to try and find some 'pins' for an out of production staple gun thingy that I use for all my framing - he's given me a discount on lengths of moulding because they didn't have enough stock in for my order to qualify for the 10% off and to top it off, he's given me 'old' prices for glass that the company they're working with have in their literature.
