After the success of The Coal House why not sign up for......the BBC's next documentary series on the Welsh Victorian Farm if you fancy applying for the job! http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/wales/8330891.stm
Not sure whether The Coal House was shown outside Wales, but it was superb to watch. Several familes were transported back to live, work and survive in war time Wales for 6 weeks. It was excellent and very entertaining viewing (and a thousand times better than the truly dreaful Victorian Farm thingy that was on a few months ago). One of the families was a local family from here in Cardigan (Jack goes to school with the children) who were a delight!

It was shown but we stumbled across it rather than knowing it was on, so missed most of it.

Apart from Tales from The Green Valley, The Victorian Farm,The 1940's House and Coal House , were there, or are there any other "living history" series/ programmes worth a watch?

Aaaagh: that woman who kept complaining that the house was a dust factory! Try living with it permanently, you daft bat! Interesting, though.

Ooh, that looks interesting!
Looks like the women might have to do some slaughtering going by this:
