Any campaigning experts want to volunteer an article?To fit in with the policy rant, does anyone have a bit of experience in campaigning?I'd like to see an article on what do do about the things that matter to you. Obviously I could research it myself but it would be so much easier ... I mean, better and more effective ... if someone with experience would do it. I mean things like...writing to your MP, council planning (sean's supermarket thing), local media, pressure groups, reporting things to relevant bodies (eg Rob R's tip about ragwort reporting). That kind of thing - I guess it would be mainly a series of links to relevant places but a bit of personal experience would make it much more interesting to see. |

Apart from bringing down apartheid (which I mostly allowed other people to organise), I'm finding out as I go along and posting in the planning permission thread as stuff happens. Once the process is complete I'm happy to turn it into an article. |
