Any jewellery makers?

I'm trying to find a present for DD2's naming ceremony (only a fortnight, eek!) We gave DD1 gave a pearl pendant on a gold chain: she was born in Japan, pearls Japanese, her name is Margaret which means pearl...easy.
Tamsin, however, not so obvious. All I have thought of is a birthstone - she's November which I believe makes her yellow topaz, which could be unusual and lovely. But I can't find any to buy! Even googling birthstones and jewellery doesn't seem to come up with anything - they use blue topaz instead?
So. Can anybody lay hands on a yellow topaz and be prepared to design us something? Or point me in the direction of a likely source? To be fair I haven't been into town yet but given the scarceness online I don't hold out much hope for the chain jewellers.
TIA

No idea if it's the kind of thing she does, but try North Wales based Kate Hamilton-Hunter at http://www.katehh.co.uk/

Silver Lining at Bodnant Studios (also North Wales) sounds less likely, but enquiries therein might point you in the right direction perhaps. http://www.bodnantstudios.co.uk/

The Kate Hamilton things are *gorgeous*! Not at all the sort of thing I want in this instance (though thanks anyway) but I am going to leave the page prominently bookmarked around Christmas time Wink

I got my engagement ring made by hariett kelsall - she was really good at listening to what I wanted and didn't want and designed some nice stuff for me. In the end we went wh our own design (which she drew from what we said) and she was equally happy to make that. She's also happy to work within a budget - really helpful - she even sourced a couple of stones and let us choose the one we wanted. I'm sure would be able to help.
