Anyone got a recipe for courgette wine?

I can't find the one I used before but I know it didn't have any fancy pants stuff in it like grape concentrate Confused

Is there a basic vegetable wne recipe that can be adapted?

I bought a couple of nice big, lidded buckets at the car boot for £1.50 and since I've returned to DS I've come over all mother earth again Rolling Eyes
