Attaching things to emailsI'm trying to attach a pdf and a couple of photos to an email and it's taking an age.
The pdf is only 138kb, the photos are in the region of 900kb, but even so, it seems that my computer is away on holiday just trying to attach the pdf.
what can I do to speed it up?
Thanks

Try attaching one at a time, to try and work out if it's a particular file that's causing the problem.
If this proves so, make a copy of it in windows explorer, and then attach the copy.
Then let us know the outcome.

I think that the intial problem was because I'd tried attaching too many at once.
I think that the ongoing problem was that it had saved the first huge attempt to draft and kept trying to do it, even though I thought I'd scrubbed it. And despite me shutting right down & re-starting two or three times.
It's now sat overnight with the router off and this morning seems to have managed to attach a file OK - which is good, as it's an important one.
