There's an idiot here who'll do it for you if you like (email me the photo) OR take a look at the stickies at the top of the IT Matters, there's one for resizing images.

Could you resize an image to avatar size for me? I can get the photos small enough , but they lose definition and go all fuzzy/blurry??? What am I doing wrong?

Awww! Cheers Alison. I have been very, very good and have stuck to my healthy eating plan since November and am feeling younger and fitter by the day!
