B&Q cavity wall insulation - any experience?

B&Q is currently offering cavity wall insulation for £198 for any size house (up to 5 bed detached) . This is in partnership with British Gas.
Anyone had experience with these suppliers with cavity wall insulation?
Thank you

I'm always a little nervous about cavity wall insulation especially when done on the cheap. It's not been unknown for installers to simply fill the cavity and ignore the need for ventilation resulting in condensation problem within the house. It would be prudent to enquire what their methods are so air vents aren't blocked.

my landlord is planning to have it done to my house, what method is the correct one to prevent damp/condensation?

The best way is to ask the installer how they deal with ventilation issues.
