Banana Cupcakes with Peanut Butter icing

These are yummy and not too sweet if you're not too heavy handed with the topping.

225g plain flour
0.5 tsp bicarbonate of soda
2.5 tsp baking powder
110g butter
1tsp vanilla extract
Large ripe banana
55ml milk (recipe said buttermilk so if you've got it...)
2 eggs
110g golden caster sugar

Cream butter and sugar together. Add the eggs one at a time, adding some of the flour each time. Then mix in all the other ingredients including the mashed banana. Spoon into cupcakes and cook for about 20 minutes at 180C.

Icing
225g crunchy peanut butter
110g unsalted butter
140g icing sugar

Beat together sugar and butter, then mix in the peanut butter. Use a big nozzle to pipe onto the cooled cupcakes.
