Beef recommendationI have just had a fantastic piece of beef from Cratfield Farm, in Suffolk, www.cratfieldbeef.co.uk. All grass fed, I believe they use a couple of breeds, one is angus but I can't remember the other, and hung for 2-3 weeks. It was completely delicious. For those in my neck of the woods you can get it at Lathcoats or order direct. |

The site is defiitely up and running, it looks as though the link doesn't work....no idea what to do about it though!!!! Nor about putting it on the home page I'm afraid, it's all I can do to navigate the forums! |
