Beef Run...Cheshire->Cambridge on ThursdayIf anyone would like some rare breed Gloucester beef for the freezer I'm doing a slow run from Cheshire to Cambridge on Thursday 13th (day after tomorrow).
The beef is from one of our own grass-fed animals and I have fillet, sirloin, rump and rib-eye steaks, along with silverside and topside joints and best mince available. It's already been frozen to -28c so can go straight in the freezer for use whenever.
Prices are pretty keen as it's not a White Park  and was more of a (successful) butchering and packaging experiment by our specialist butcher!!
