Best Before

I have just discovered that the packet of Hacienda iara 90% dark organic chocolate in the cupboard is actually a full one. Best before the end of November 2013 though. What dya think? Does it need grating into the cake I am half way through making or dropping in the bin? I'm leaning towards using it. Smile

Best before is advisory, use by is the important one.

As Tahir said, eyes and taste buds. if it tastes OK, use it.

Need any help testing it?

a bar of 90% chocolate will take me quite some time to eat. When are you visiting next? Smile
