Bit Windy!

Just taken the dog out for his evening constitutional, it's blowing a good 'un. I've even shut the pop hole on the hen house, which doesn't happen very often!

It was a lovely sunny day here today - bit breezy, nothing more.

But I have just put the dogs out and it's getting blowy and raining. Not sure how far said dogs have gone as one in particular dislikes the wet Rolling Eyes
Sherbs

it's been absolutely horrible here all day but seems to have got worse this evening, our tv satellite keeps going out.

Cold wind and rain here. Sounded like gales last night, and looks like a few more tonight. Might just go and check where the torch is.......

Met Office has weather warning for Wales today and SW England tomorrow (heavy rain / possible floods-type)
judith

The Met Office is a bit late with its warning - the wind has been howling and the rain pouring all day. The dog kept looking at me crossly as the wind blew the rain up his bum when we were out walking this afternoon!

The wind is blowing and the rain is coming down but I don't care, the woodburner is on and I think its time to test the home made rum and raisin icecream.

There were force nine winds on the gower coast, they told us at the coast guard observation post. it was a bit drafty! Great fun though, i love walking in that sort of weather! Standing in the wind and letting it support you as you hang there at an odd angle- great fun!
