Blurb for the back of a book - help please...

I have this fear of promotional blurb. I always think i'm going to put people off.
I need to say something on the back of my book to say a little of what its about in a promotional kind of way?

Here's what it says on Amazon (which might explain why the sales are so slow):

Otley, Wharfedale 499BC.
"The ice sheets are coming, driving all before them. From the northern lands, deer, wolves and people flee the encroaching snow and ice. In their wake comes death, betrayal, love and hope. A small village of the Brigantes tribe in northern England will be changed forever.
This is their story."

See www.yearofthecelt.co.uk for more on the Celts and Iron Age Wharfedale.

Any suggestions welcome...

Historically not geographically. It wasn't called England until much later.

As the celts seldom used writing, if I was 'historically correct' as you put it, the book would be empty.
