Jollity Farm
|
BonjourBonjour from sunny France... we have just realised our dream and moved to the Correze (Limousin region) on a six acre smallholding with a large barn, well, piggery and wood! Its a blank canvas at present... we have already acquired 2 horses 4 cats and 2 dogs, some of which came from England- not bad for 9 weeks!! Intending to be fairly self- sufficient, but complete beginners although country born and bred. Sadly the OH has to continue working to provide income, looking forward to learning lots and any helpful advice willingly received, Linda and Derek

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone- yes the name comes from the song... it started as a bit of a joke with the children, i have a habit of collecting all sorts of waifs and strays (have doubled animal population already since moving to France...) and everything here is a perfect treat so the kids nicknamed the place Jollity Farm, and it sort of stuck....
