British Plant CommunitiesI know that this is probably a long shot, but does any one have a copy of Rodwell's British Plant Communities Vol 1. Its the woodland volume. I need the descriptions of W23 and W25 urgently for work and my copy has vanished. I can't finish my latest report without it but don't want to buy a new copy just for what amounts to about 4 pages and was wondering if someone would be kind enough to photocopy it. I've tried the local uni but as luck would have it someone has borrowed the one copy they have got. |

i'm not trying to blatantly plug my forum but you can post your desire for this there as another place for it to be seen
also, why not put it on the wants list on your local gumtree and wanted on your local freecycle? you can find both links on my forum near the bottom under ' other swap oriented sites' http://ukxchange.proboards39.com/ you could also try putting a wanted ad in your local free paper, it won't cost you anything and you can keep renewing it every little bit will help to hopefully find them best of luck

i didn't read your post closely enough
i saw 'desperately want' and the word buy and off i ran! still, you maybe able to put a 'wanted' post on freecycle asking for someone to do it for you, in my experience the freecycle people have been lovely and very helpful it's worth a shot

Thank you my dears for your advice but now have photocopy of relevant bits of book thanks to trip to Hartpury. Never been there before. Isn't it wonderful?! I came over all dreamy and academic for ten minutes like wordsworth
