Brussels tops...Are in now and bonkers cheap. Coarsely shredded, lightly steamed then tossed with chili, garlic and a bit of sesame oil.

Had brussels tops last night, off the stalk of sprouts being saved for another day, yummy

butter and black pepper and a light saute with a dash of water and the lid on
im not too keen on sprouts but greens are great
raw if shredded enough
