Burdock RootsFor certain Wine recipes it states ,ie.2oz of Burdock.
I`ve been told its the Burdock root that is used.
I have 2 big clumps of Burdock,and someone i know is having difficulty finding any,so i have told them i`ll post them some roots.
But when is the correct time to harvest the roots?
Is it OK to cut a few pieces of the root off now,and leave the plant to grow,
Or,dig it up in the Autumn,and dry the roots ,for use next year?
Anyone got the answer?
