Busy Bees childcare vouchers

I wondered if anyone else uses these?
If so have you had problems with Busy Bees?

I've been buying them as part of a salary sacrifice scheme to pay nursery fees as its supposed to save us in the order of £1K per annum.

Unfortunately my contact with Busy Bees has been a long saga of incompetence. Every single time I have had to have contact with them there has been a resulting problem, or two or three - be it non communication, not carrying out my instructions or something of that order. I have alerted my employer of the problems that I have with them (in the hope that they might consider contracting with an alternative voucher scheme). Unfortunately they are a pretty massive employer and my complaints are probably very small fry in the big scheme of things. I noticed that Busy Bees are still carrying my employers testimonial on their website.. Rolling Eyes

Anyway be interested to hear of anyone else with similar busy bees problems!

I do a salary sacrifice scheme with them as well as receiving child support vouchers paid by my company. I had a few problems with them when I needed to change the name of my child's carer on the vouchers and got conflicting messages each time I rang but did get there in the end.

I've also had problems with their website, I think they are updating the way it works but I do find it doesn't work that great at the moment.

I get the impression that there aren't many alternatives for childcare voucher companies - but maybe I am wrong?
