Butterscotch Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 oz butter
- 4 oz soft brown sugar
- grated zest of one lemon
- milk
Recipe
- Melt the butter and sugar together.
- Stir in the lemon zest.
- Bring to the boil and boil for 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Add milk until you are happy with the consistency (about 3 tbsps for this quantity).
