Car Sharing

Has anyone got any experience, good or bad, of using the internet car-share clubs like National Car Share

or Lift Share

http://www.liftshare.org/ ... etc etc. There seems to be a burgeoning list of such schemes. It is mind-boggling.

I will soon be having to travel from the South coast to Nottingham once a month and am not really looking forward to travelling alone so I wondered if anyone could recommend any of these services?
