celeriac and cuc seeds

I have an unopened packet of Celeriac 'Monarch' seeds, free to a good home. They are to be sown this year (Aug 2007) and I can personally recommend the variety - had an excellent crop from them last year but appear to have bought two packets.

Also free to a good home is an unopened packet of Cucumber seeds - Cucumber F1 Prima Top - a mini-fruited, all female, greenhouse type - again need to be sown this year (June 2007)

I want nothing in return - just don't want to throw them out if someone else can find a home for them

Very Happy

Should we start a "seed swap" thread?

I have quite a few packets of stuff that needs to be sown 2007/08.

As Bernie says, it is a shame to chuck 'em out.

I wouldn't mind trying celeriac. Do you need any sweetpea or basil seeds? I know I've got lots of these (and probably others if I sorted out my seeds!)
Cathryn

Could I have the cucumber seeds if possible? I am sharing my neighbours green house and garden with him this year. My lot can't get enough cucumbers and i have never had a greenhouse to grow them in before.

PS _ Will have a look at what excess I have in case anyone else wants them.

Just checked and feelign pleased with my restraint - all I can offer are some pale pink hollyhock seeds collected from my sisters garden. Very pretty - but not edible!

Alisjs and ruby you are both welcome to have the seeds you want - just PM me with your addresses - I honestly do not want anything in return I am overrun with seeds here Embarassed

I have also got a few spare seeds of:

Tomato 'Auriga'

Tall, vigorous cordon that does well outdoors. Orange fruits with delicious tangy flavour.

and an unopened packet of Tomato 'Super Marmande' - Semi-Bush (Semi-Determinate). In Southern France they grow big tomatoes with a very rich flavour. The well known Marmande is one of these. We offer you Super Marmande, large, juicy, well flavoured fruit and a great improvement over an already excellent variety.

Why didn't I read this before buying tomato, cucumber and celeriac seeds (amongst many others!! Embarassed ) on Saturday? Rolling Eyes Confused
