Chippewa Pemmicanbeen offline over the weekend so used the time to play in my kitchen, we now have Chippewa Pemmican on the website (note, this is NOT the veggie version ) its made from venison jerky ground very fine, honey, cranberry's, blueberries and other seeds, fruits, nuts,and then mixed with venison lard (which I made myself Very Happy ) before being formed into balls

I'm a bit lost about what it is. I have visions of meaty gobstoppers. Am I close?

Its a bit hard to describe to be honest, though I will have some piccies on the website by this evening I think, bigger than gobstoppers, bit less than golf balls and quite soft, the flavours seem to come out one at a time , I think the last time I made them i didnt grind up the jerky enough, they were awful but these turned out very well
