CiderWe've made cider at home for our own consumption for a few years and for a longtime now, I've harboured an ambition to put my very basic knowledge into a business. Circumstances have changed, so that I maybe now in a position to go ahead but I really need someone to hold my hand. Does anyone know of a friendly small time but commercial producer who might be prepared to offer me some advice ?

I can't really help much, but I can tell you that there used to be and possibly still is a cider farm on the malvern/hereford road where we used to go with plastic gallon containers to get filled with the golden nectar. People used to queue for miles for it. If you could do something like that you can't go wrong. You can certainly put me down for the odd gallon or two.

Its a massive step moving from making 20 to fifty gallons upto thousands. I am for example going to need advice matching various bits of equipment to match capaity.
