I have done my research and there is really no-one doing this. The point is that it's MP3 so you can use it anywhere - imagine all that 'dead' time when you could be improving your langauge skills - waiting in surgery, driving the car to work, doing the ironing. You are not stuck in front of the PC.
Are you sure? It took me but a moment to find this http://www.bbc.co.uk/languages/french/quickfix/. Type in 'mp3 french course' into a search engine brings back loads of info.

The first thought that comes to mind is: Have you researched who your market and your competition are? Having been on a few French courses, I was amazed at the amount of free resources on the internet - that have pronunciation facilities.

The BBC quick fix has about 100 phrase total. Mine has over 1000 and many of the phrases are far more comprehsive.

I was looking at this from an investors point of view and to be frank it's not something I'd sink my time or money into given the information to hand.
The delivery mechanism doesn't sell or even define the product it's the knowledge of the market and the ability to sell which is important.
