Confused over loginsAre there two separate systems for logging into the main site and the forums? I can't log in via the front page but I can if I go to the forums and log in from there. I had problems getting my password recognised on both earlier, until Amethyst Dragon helped me out. But my new password is still not recognised via the front page login, only via the forums.
It's very confusing. Is there a technical issue or this supposed to happen? And if it's supposed to happen, could there be some kind of easily accessible explanation? I can't see why it would be intentional. It wouldn't make any sense, at least not to me...

your main site password was out of sync with the forum password.
There is a merged system in operation, but this may have been disrupted by some main site changes.
