Creative recycling - greetings cards and gift bagsI make gift bags and lavender bags from scrap materials from worn out clothes etc. I also make greetings cards, postcards and bookmarks from collages of old magazines etc. I recently converted an old tea tub into a neat holder for my incense sticks that were previously hidden away in a dark corner. And all it took was a piece of paper and some glue and it looks great! I like sharing ideas on creative recycling.

I cover tubs, such as the ones you get cocoa or coffee in with magazine pictures and use them for storage. As they usually have plastic lids they're useful, and difficult to recycle (too many layers of different materials). Different sizes for different things. If I think they need it I cover them in film, but most don't.
