deleting question

A child has pressed something here, and I don't know what.

In word now everytime a letter is added it deletes the next letter.

Help, how can I stop it doing it.

I would like to know how to change photos, in publisher, so I can fit them onto a page at an angle, rather than straight on.

Long time since I used it but can't you just rotate the image by x degrees?

Don't you get a little green button on the frame when you highlight it that twists it round?
