desperately seekingnew home for over amorous stag turkey named stan....................
a 3 yr old partridge feathered norfolk bronze stag turkey named Stan needs a woman of his own size to love forever
due to an unfortunate accident wife number 1 hung herself and frankly wife no 2 ain't big enough to take the strain as stan is quite a large bird as well as beautiful
he is a proven breeder (i know because he is my bird) and although we could give him the chop frankly it the turkey world
so is anybody in the east anglian area looking for this kind of guy?
let me know.....................

I've just corrected the photo link for you Nanny, anybody that uses Ofoto should be aware that they need the address of the photo itself, not the web page it's displayed on. To get this address right click on the image and go down to "Copy image address"

Sorry, I can't help, Nanny. Stan sounds lovely. Sorry about wifie no. 1, wifie no. 2 sounds like she would end up on valium if Stan doesn't leave (bless 'em!).
Hope there are some ladies out there looking for a good looking, virile, hunk like Stan.

If we lived local we would have him - but then I would feel obliged to get him a couple of girlfriends. (We haven't even got our hen enclosure sorted out, yet!)
Have you advertised Stan anywhere else, like your local feed merchants. What about any poultry sanctuaries - any near you? He sounds like a chap who should be allowed to live his days out somewhere nice with a bit of female company
