DMC stranded threads and aidaGot loads of this stashed in the spare room from the shop and want to try and shift some of it to get some working capital for other projects, got some of most colour threads (about 4000 at last count), aida of different colours and stitch counts and some frames, both hand held and floorstanding.
not looking for shop prices but if anyone is interested PM me what you are looking for and i will see what we got and sort out a price if thats ok.

I could do with a floorstanding or clamp frame for when I get round to trying tambour work. Got anything smallish and suitable? May also be interested in threads, though I have a fair few at the moment

Well we have loads of threads, about 4000 last count so just ask if you need any and we can check the colours for you
We have some of the gold concept thread storage boxes with the bows and inserts, might just give them away if people by a few threads though.
We have some frames for holding the work, we have 1 floor stand that can hold your working frame and the pattern to leave you hands free, we have hand held frames that are 12”x 6”, 18”x 12” and 27”x12”
We have about 70 pieces of cut aida of different colours and counts between 11 and 32 count as well as a couple of bales of aida that is 14 ct and cream or antique white. The bales are 110cm across and any length you want , the antique white is a full bale at the moment at 15 meters long.
If anyone is interested in cut pieces I will be trying to get a full list together with colour, width, length and count so just PM me and I will send it asap or just ask if we have what you want.
Not sure of prices but always open to offers and will be working on suggested prices later.

im thinking of gettingthe beavers to do some small sewing squares for christmas..what would i need in the way of aida???..
i would be interested in a job lot of coloured threads for them too..

Beavers if i recall are quite young and so might do better with plastic canvas and wool, the threads and aida need to be used with needles so might not be appropriate for children that young.

that age group are often quite good at things like friendship braids, and I reckon they could handle big aida and nice big wool needles without mishap. I was about 3 when I was taught to sew, so beavers should be fine I reckon

Right Threads are going for 20p each £5 for 30 and if people want more than that we can sort out a price when we need to.
Aida i am still working on the size/colour/stitch count list but if anyone want anything in perticular just ask.

Ok got a list of the cut peices of aida together but we also have 14ct on the roll in antique white and cream so that up to 110cm X 15m or any length in between.
