Does has anyone have a ground source heat pump??

Hi we would be really interested to hear from anyone with a ground source heat pump in a mixed build property ie 1800s plus new extension. We had all the talk from the companies but would love to talk to some one who has lived and loved (or hated) a pump

have you spoken with kensa? Very helpfull, less sales pitch than most, they WILL NOT sell you you a heat pump if it is not suitable, they want good reports, not bad press.
