double bagging rubbishyes, boring thread of the day...
does double bagging really nasty rubbish have an impact?? ive just finished a massive spring clean of the whole flat ( 2 days worth) and i was taking down the rubbish when i was thinking about decomposition and all that... 
seeing as i finished uni on monday i suppose i will need to find something more interesting to do.....hmmmm....

Apart from the plastic of the bacg itself, not much impact. First its likely to be compacted for transport, probably tearing the plastic bags. Then at the the landfill it's tipped out and everythings is mashed and shredded and bullodozed by dumper trucks shoving the big heaps around.
