double line spacing in WordIs it possible to set this as the default setting?
All my OU stuff requires double spacing and I think letters, especially short ones look better double spaced.

You can change the Normal style to do that, but why not set up a separate style for your OU work?

Go to File - Open and change it to template, then find Normal.dot.
Alter that to have double line spacing.
Close Word then open a blank documnet.

can't see how to do that bit. I've gone in to Organiser on template popup?

Right click and the Paragraph (I think) - you can change the spacing to anything you want. If that's not the place then go through Format.
